Can I pick them up from your Toronto location?
Yes, you can purchase online and pick up from our Toronto (Markham) distributor’s location. You can use discount code PICKUPMYSELF upon checkout to get additional $100 off if you’ll be picking up yourself. You will be notified once the order is ready for pickup. The order will not ship if this code is used.
How do I get $100 additional mail-in rebate from Michelin?
Michelin is offering additional $100 mail-in rebate for any orders placed between October 2 and December 20, 2024. Please contact orders@tesloid.ca for requesting an invoice and step by step instructions for mail-in rebate.
Do you offer installation on the vehicle?
No, we do not offer installation on the vehicle. However, the tires are mounted onto the rims with (TPMS) tire pressure monitoring sensors, balanced and are ready to go. You can take them to ANY auto shop and they can install them on to your vehicle. Typical charge for such a service is $40-$80. You may also install them at home if you have a jack, Model Y jack pads and wrench/torque wrench.
What about lug nuts?
You can use the original lug nuts. The lug nuts are not included.
How do you ship it to home?
Each wheel is shipped individually through a third party carrier such as CANPAR, UPS or Fedex. Each wheel is packaged to avoid any damages during shipping process. Although very rare but minor cosmetic scratches or scuffs could still arise and are not subject to warranty/return.
Can I pay cash and avoid HST/GST ?
No, absolutely not! HST/GST is collected upon checkout for both online or in-person pickups
Can I buy just the tires without the rims or vice vera?
Everything comes prepackaged as a bundle. However, we have rims alone available for sale as well. Please see our other product listings.
Do you price match other dealers?
There are many factors that go into pricing of the wheel packages so we are unable to price match. One of the factors is that our packages have tires with manufacture year of 2023 or 2024 while the other dealers may sell you older year tires.
Does it fit the Performance Model?
This package is rated for top speed 210 km/h while Model Y Performance models are capable of going upto 250 km/h. While this package will fit the Performance versions of the Model Y, it is not recommended to drive beyond the threshold of 210 km/h.
Can I return the packages if unused?
Returns are only accepted if dropped off at our Toronto (Markham) or Calgary distributor’s location. In all other cases, the returns are not accepted due to nature of this item. Please note all sales are final.
Is there any warranty?
There is manufacturing warranty offered directly by Michelin for tires. There is 90 days warranty for the rims and 1 year for the TPMS offered by us. Please note, minor cosmetic scratches or scuffs are not covered under warranty.
