Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, you can pay in instalments using third-party provider. Please select Affirm at checkout.

Can I pick them up from your Toronto location?

At this time, we are not offering pickups. All orders are shipped directly to your home or your preferred address without any extra charges.

Do you offer installation on the vehicle?

No, we do not offer installation on the vehicle. However, the tires are mounted onto the rims with (TPMS) tire pressure monitoring sensors, balanced and are ready to go. You can take them to ANY auto shop and they can install them on to your vehicle. Typical charge for such a service is $40-$80. You may also install them at home if you have a jack, Model 3 jack pads and wrench/torque wrench.

What about centre caps and lug nuts ?

You can use the original lug nuts and wheel covers. Centre caps and lug nuts are not included.

How do you ship it to home?

Each wheel is shipped individually through a third party carrier such as CANPAR, UPS or Fedex. The wheel is packaged to avoid any damages during shipping process. Although very rare but minor cosmetic scratches or scuffs could still arise and are not subject to warranty/return.

Can I pay cash and avoid HST/GST ?

No, absolutely not! HST/GST is collected upon checkout for both online or in-person pickups

Can I buy just the tires without the rims or vice vera?

No, everything comes prepackaged as a bundle.

Can I return the packages if unused?

Returns are only accepted if dropped off at our Toronto (Markham) or Calgary distributor’s location. In all other cases, the returns are not accepted due to nature of this item. Please note all sales are final.

Is there any warranty?

There is manufacturing warranty offered directly by Michelin for tires. There is 90 days warranty for the rims and 1 year for the TPMS offered by us. Please note, minor cosmetic scratches or scuffs are not covered under warranty.

Met my expectations
I found Tesloid through a Reddit forum and wasn’t sure at first what my experience would be like. I really needed a quick turn around for new tires but didn’t want to break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised by the fair price for new tires and rims, and the sensors that were part of the package too! They came in a reasonable amount of time. I had a question during delivery and the Tesloid team responded within 24 hours. I would buy from them again!

Purchased Michelin X-Ice tires on oem 18” wheels for my 2025 Model 3 with no interest Affirm payments over six months. Tesla Photon Wheel Cap Kit (from Tesla) which just covers the center bolts fit perfectly, and the included TPMS monitors synched up with my Model 3 within minutes. Local tire shop made some minor wheel balancing adjustments, but snow and ice performance, stability at highway speeds, and overall road noise (not intrusive at all) have all been excellent. Highly recommended!

Delayed but great once they arrived
We ordered the tires at the beginning of December. We debated about waiting for the "boxing day" sales but didn't want to run into any potential delays. However, after not receiving the tires for 2 weeks, I contacted Tesloid and was told they were on backorder and they would not be arriving until mid January. Once they arrived, they were perfect but I was disappointed in that we were not informed of the backorder up front.

Great set and price
This is a high quality set for a great price. Some of the weights came off in transport but they reimbursed me for a rebalance. Hopefully they can figure out how to prevent that in the future. The shop that rebalanced the tires for me locally ended up putting a thick weight where one of the Tesla cover clips snaps in, so I had to rearrange that (just an FYI).

This is an excellent winter package for the model 3. I had a small problem with two of the TPS sensors but Tesloid customer service took care of the issue promptly. I am very happy with the purchase.

Gemini wheels and Michelin X-ice tires for Tesla Model Y Performance
I received the wheels quickly and there were of good quality as advertised. However, the TPMS sensors started failing within a month or so. I contacted Courtney in customer support and she said they had a bad batch of sensors and quickly sent me 4 new ones. She said to send her the Bill for installation. It took a few more months for them all to fail but Tesloid was true to their word and reimbursed me quickly for the replacement costs of all 4 sensors, once I forwarded copies of the replacement invoices. Very happy with the customer service and the wheels and tires!
