About Waterproof Side
One side has a waterproof base and water-resistant zippers. It is detachable from the other side for convenience. It is rated for a thin layer of ice lined to the bottom of the bag or for use with packaged ice.

This ended up being a great purchase.
It is well made with Velcro adjustments for the dry side, which holds everything securely, and the insulation side keeps things cool for hours. I like to take it into the big box store and fill it up with refrigerated and freezer items. The two compartments separate with a zipper so they can be independently used or zipped together. Both compartments have great handles with which to carry them. This is one of the best additions for my model Y.

Terrific product
Use this on the weekend to do a quick little camping trip and it worked perfectly. Brought a couple of ice packs. Which kept everything cold right through the weekend and the other side was for the snacks and hot food. Absolutely recommend this.

Seems pretty good.
These seem like nice products - fit well in the frunk. They seem sturdy. But the cooler has a thin insulation. I have not tried it yet, but I suspect it will not hold ice for very long.

Sellers seem to push the button too quickly to ask for reviews of their products. I just received these frunk organizer bags and haven’t had the opportunity to really try them. My review is simply based on how they fit, the apparent quality of how they were made, and the presumed utility. Everything at first glance seems great. Time will tell.
